Hint for logging into Remedy:
Your login name is the first initial of your first name, the first 7 letters of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your employee ID.
Your password is the same as your DOE Internet Password.
For example:
Name: Justin Katahira and Employee ID: 10001234
User Name = jkatahir1234 (lower case, no spaces)
Password = Your DOE Internet Password
Authentication = [leave this field blank]

Important Messages:

On Thursday, December 14th, 2017, from 12pm to 4:30pm and on Friday, December 15th, 2017,
from 8:30am to 3:30pm the IT Help Desk will be closed due to mandatory meetings for the
Office of Information Technology Services and the School Technology Services and Support Branch of OITS.
All IT Help Desk support staff and IT Managers supporting the complex areas will be attending these meetings.
You can still submit a ticket via the Requester Console. Tickets and voice messages will be reviewed on
Friday, December 15th from 7:45am to 8:30am and from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Regular help desk support will resume
on Monday, December 18th, 2017 at 7:45am. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
